Membership:

All persons, clubs, firms, corporations and organizations interested in the purposes of the Friends of Shannon Staub Public Library, Inc. are eligible for membership. Five categories of membership have been established:
Friend: $25.00
Family Friend: $30.00
Non-Profit Friend: $50.00
Business Friend: $100.00
Benefactor: $500.00 or greater

Beginning January 1, 2018, all new memberships and renewals will have a one-year membership period and fees may be subject to change.

Note: This membership application can be filled out online and printed or saved to your computer and filled out at a later time.

Please fill in all necessary information and print the application. The completed application should be mailed to our Friends group at the mailing address in the lower left of the form.
